If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jenny and her catering team have been amazing and went way above and beyond. Walk ons sponsored a large catered lunch for our teachers at Spring Creek elementary for teacher appreciation week. Walk ons don’t open until 11 but were able to open early for us to get this lunch at 10am!! Jenny’s communication the past couple months has been top tier. She made the whole process with planning so easy!! We truly appreciate the whole team so much!! And they love their local schools!!! If you’re looking for a local restaurant that gives back to the community- please go to walks ons!! Thank you so much again Jenny and the catering team!! You all are AMAZING!!
Our waiter Gerardo was very polite and kept checking on us. For being a saturday night we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Quickly seated and served. We tried the Boudin balls w Spicy ranch , fried gator w Dijon dipping sauce for appetizers. I got the bayou pasta w grilled shrimp and crawfish & hubby tried the Sirloin sliders w waffle fries. I highly recommend the gator. It’s the best in town!! We also got to try some drinks the eye of the hurricane was delicious.
The food was incredible! I ordered the lemon butter chicken, and it was the most beautiful, scrumptious, flavor-filled, juicy oosey goosey chunka chicken I’ve ever had. The service was very quick and the team members were incredibly nice. Such a good atmosphere as well, I would definitely recommend to any family or friends to come out and support Walk Ons!
Walk Ons college station gets a 5 stars on all aspects. The owners are amazing. the service is incredible, friendly and fast. the food is excellent and there is so much variety in the menu! we love it so much we choose them every April to do our large catering for over 300 people at our annual golf tournament. They always are giving back to the community and helping others! We recommend them to anyone living or visiting the BCS area!!
It's a really cool place to come chill and have some great food. The fried alligator was interesting. Our server was amazing. Service was quick. I totally recommend coming here to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. So much better than the mad house next door called Gringos. Hands down. Delicious food

I was visiting College Station for the first time for a wedding. We went to Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux for lunch. This is an impressive sports bar with lots of TVs and plenty of beer on tap. My date is a serious Gamecocks football fan, and we were able to watch the game. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We shared the wings and waffle fries that were really good. I enjoyed watching the game and eating and drinking beer at Walk-On's.
